the artist
My name is LaJoyce Shrom and I live in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina, with my hubby and three fur babies on a mini farm.
I'm a self-taught artist in oil, acrylic, and watercolor. Art was my favorite subject in high school with a standard of straight A's. Several times in recent years I've taken online courses which boosted my desire further to create art.
For the past several years I have been teaching in my studio with several students on all three mediums.
Many of my paintings hang in private homes and the ‘Meeting Place’ art gallery in Columbus NC. Check out my website to see several of my creations.
